Toyota Agya Fuel System

The toyota agya fuel system runs multi-point electronic fuel injection on the 1KR-VE three-cylinder engine with a standard in-tank pump module, three fuel injectors, a single fuel rail and a compact 33-litre steel tank. We stock in-tank fuel pumps complete with integrated strainer and level sender (R1,200-R2,200 used), individual fuel injectors (around R350-R650 each, flow-tested before dispatch), fuel rails with pressure regulator, fuel filters, tank breather lines, evaporative emissions canisters and complete tank assemblies from donor cars with no rust or pinhole leaks. Common issues reported by SA Agya owners include a noisy in-tank pump from chronic low-fuel running (the pump is cooled by submersion in petrol, so running the tank dry repeatedly shortens its life) and occasional injector leak-down on high-mileage units past 150,000km causing poor cold starts and rich running. Both depots flush tanks and test pumps before dispatch, with a 90-day functional warranty on every pump module supplied from donor stock.
