By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the website at usedtoyotaparts.co.za.
• "Operator", "we", or "us" means Lead Gen Services, which operates the Platform.
• "Supplier" means an independent third-party parts supplier listed on the Platform — currently Gemini Parts and Caryota Spare.
• "You" means any visitor who uses the Platform or submits an enquiry.

2. How the Platform works

• You submit an enquiry via the quote form, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Your enquiry is forwarded to one or both Suppliers, who decide independently whether and how to respond.
• Suppliers contact you directly to quote, negotiate, invoice, take payment, and arrange delivery or collection.
• We do not hold inventory, set prices, take payment, or fulfil orders.

3. Information accuracy

• Model lists, part categories, blog content, and indicative pricing are published in good faith but may be incomplete or out of date.
• Final compatibility, availability, and price are confirmed by the Supplier in their quote.
• We reserve the right to change content on the Platform at any time without notice.

4. Sales, warranties, and returns

• All sale terms — including price, payment, delivery, warranty, fitment guarantee, and returns — are set and honoured by the Supplier you transact with.
• Used parts are sold subject to the Supplier's terms and the protections afforded to you under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
• Any complaint about a part, a quote, or a Supplier's conduct should be raised first with the Supplier directly. If unresolved, you may contact us at the address below and we will pass the complaint on, but we cannot resolve it on the Supplier's behalf.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Lead Gen Services is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or defect arising from a transaction between you and a Supplier, from a part supplied by a Supplier, or from a Supplier's failure to respond to your enquiry. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information without their consent.
• Do not use the Platform to scrape, harvest, or solicit Suppliers for purposes other than a genuine parts enquiry.
• Do not interfere with the Platform's normal operation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
