Toyota Corolla Transmission

Corolla gearbox enquiries are among the highest-value Corolla requests. The Toyota Corolla transmission category covers manual and automatic units for every SA-sold generation: 5-speed C50 and C56 manuals on the E100 through E140, the A245E 4-speed auto common on 1.6 and 1.8 petrols, the C59 manual used in the Quest, and the U340E and U341E automatics on later E140 and Prestige models.

Used clutch kits, pressure plates, flywheels, release bearings, clutch cables, master and slave cylinders, CV joints, driveshafts, torque converters and differential housings can be requested for all petrol variants. Manual gearbox pricing lands at R7,500-R14,000, and automatics at R9,500-R17,000. The 2.0 D-4D 6-speed manual runs R9,500-R16,000.
